Privacy
What we collect
To make a song we need: your email, the recipient's first name, your relationship to them, and the details you put in the form (occasion, tone, music style, three things about them, optional pronunciation hint or inside joke). We also store the lyrics we generate and the audio file produced from them, plus your Stripe checkout session ID. Stripe handles the payment itself — we never see your card number.
What we use it for
Only to make and deliver your song, send you the reveal link, and answer support emails if you reply. Nothing else. We don't sell anything to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — to take payment.
- Anthropic — to generate the lyrics from your brief.
- OpenAI — to generate the album cover.
- kie.ai (Suno) — to generate the audio from the lyrics.
- Resend — to send you the confirmation and delivery emails.
- Cloudflare — hosts our site, database, and audio storage.
We don't share your data with anyone else and we don't use it to train any model.
How long we keep it
Order details and audio: indefinitely, so the reveal link keeps working. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
Cookies
None set by us beyond what's strictly necessary for the site to load. We may add lightweight, anonymous analytics later; if we do, we'll update this page.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email josh@askcascade.com — we'll respond within 7 days.
